I see what I choose. It’s called “a point of view” and it depends on where I stand and how honest I am willing to be with myself.
It is a tough one, because it is not always so easy for one to be entirely sincere with themselves, especially in the midst of challenges. Yet I know and I try to remember that I always have a choice.


There is always just as many ways of thinking, feeling, acting, reacting as there are people. Or actually, even more than that, because every new minute gives you a chance to choose again. Anything. The choice is yours. Where all these choices come from?


There’s an archive deep within you where everything you have ever felt is stored. Human brain is a powerful machine. I am sure you have heard of it before, but do you truly realize HOW powerful your mind makes you? (Sometimes it freaks me to think that we’re born without receiving the usage manual for handling it.)


Your brain that is made up of about 100 billions of nerve cells which all together create trillions of nerve connections is processing ca 2 million bits of information per second. You are aware of only a tiny fraction of this data, as most of it happens automatically.


The secret behind the automacy is the ca 300 000 billion synaptic connections an adult’s brain contains. There is more than 100 000 chemical reactions taking place in your brain every single second while you are creating up to 20 000 new neural connections per day.


And even though you might think you are the one holding the steering wheel and being the captain of your ship, about 96% of your decisions are made at the unconscious level. About 95% of 12 000 - 60 000 thoughts an average person thinks per day are EXACTLY the same thoughts as they thought the day before and 80% of these thoughts are negative. YOU ARE WHAT YOU THINK, YET YOU HAVE THE FREEDOM TO CHOOSE your thoughts, your feelings, your actions. Every minute you can choose again ...something new. Hence, think new, feel new, act new, be new..


So, the problem is never the problem. It is all in our head.

Change Is a Good Thing

 




My surroundings are the reflection of my inside.
Therefore, I am not defined.
I CAN change as I change my
point of view
direction
goals
aspirations
decisions
beliefs
and anchors..
And I do!
I do
with each breath I take,
with each lesson I go through,
with each hug,
with each smile,
with each great journey,
with each heartfelt conversation.


Change is a good thing. It reveals me the territories within me that I haven’t researched or even discovered yet.


Change reminds me that I’m not a still painting, finished and framed. Instead, I am a mystical living landscape that in every moment can remodel itself, if I only challenge it these questions:

Take Care of the Garden Within




The word “meditation” directly translated from sanskrit means “to cultivate oneself”. I love the fact that this meaning refers to us as gardens and to meditation as a tool to take care of it. Close your eyes for a moment and imagine this. How would your life look like if you saw yourself as a garden filled with thousands of species?


(After all, you are JUST a collection of millions of cells, molecules, atoms and thousands of miles of vessels composed together to this outrageously delicate and powerful symphony of wholeness called you.)

Your presence is needed daily. So is your love and care. In the moment you forget the colourful magical paradise within you, weeds sneak in - thoughts and emotions that might look random at first, but can mess up the harmony and balance in this beautiful and peaceful garden of yours.


Therefore, make sure that to take care of the magnificent species you have planted within you, you occasionally root out all the weeds. This way you maintain the peace.


Make sure you constantly plant the sort of plants that will help you to bring forth the best in you, to harness your superpowers. That will get your garden to bear the fruits that you have dreamed of growing. That will make your eyes and soul glow.


Hence, see what happens when you take time and meditate.

The Cocoon of Transformation



CHANGE is made of several stages and thousands of baby steps. The time you spend on dreaming of the jump is just as important as the jump itself. You HAVE TO dream - visualize, find out which muscles to use in order to make the jump as smooth and effective as possible. You have to acquaint yourself with the whole situation - the things that may or may not affect the quality of your action,and then prepare.


Having plan A, B, C and D is just as important as having TRUST. One soars on the moment one surrenders to their worst case scenario - lives it through in the head, becomes friends with it and accepts: “Yes, THAT TOO can happen and it is okay! But it is not here now, so shake it off!”


Finding that kind of balance requires dedication, discipline, awareness and self-love. Love grows when you make space for it by accepting everything you see as your “shadow side”.
Hence,
• Embrace your limiting thoughts and fears.
• Allow yourself the victim role and all the pity.
• Accept your fears.
• Embrace the worst case scenarios.
• Admit your scars and weaknesses.
• Accept and allow the frustration you feel.
• Allow yourself to think of your CAN’Ts & WON’Ts.
• Allow yourself to get angry with you.
• Allow the sadness if it is there.

Take time for all the emotions. Allow and accept them. THEN turn up the other side of the coin and:
• Dream of your goals.
• Do the things you love.
• Spend time with people who make you feel light and who inspire you.
• Have fun - laugh, dance and sing.
• Love


It’s all good. Both ups and downs are part of the process of changing. They both are helping you to grow and develop. Your frustration creates space for achievement and contentment, your fear makes space for acceptance and love. It’s only when you see the pieces of your past that you’re still holding onto, you can begin pruning away what keeps you from believing, receiving and achieving. So are you ready to jump in? READY - SET - GO!
