Release the Grudge Through Sound

I know I’ve said it so many times, but I have to say it again –

𝒹𝑜𝓃’𝓉 𝓉𝒶𝓀𝑒 𝓉𝒽𝑒 𝓅𝑜𝓌𝑒𝓇 𝑜𝒻 𝓎𝑜𝓊𝓇 𝓋𝑜𝒾𝒸𝑒 𝓁𝒾𝑔𝒽𝓉𝓁𝓎.

Sounding out equals making things happen – manifesting, giving the shapeless form, blood, and body. Change takes place when you start replacing what doesn’t bring you closer to your dreams with what does. It is woven with your courage to reshape, restructure, and recalibrate.

𝒲𝑜𝓇𝒹𝓈 𝒸𝓇𝑒𝒶𝓉𝑒 𝓌𝑜𝓇𝓁𝒹𝓈.

And not only words – your emotions do too.

They move particles, atoms, body cells.

They reshape your body chemistry.

You are a magician, and your body is a magical instrument.

Use all the tools you have – all the ones residing within you.

Make you words mean something – use them to build and to break. Remove the old constructions by speaking them into dust, by creating something new with your voice.

And keep building. Keep repeating the same words over and over again – with awareness, conviction, and wild love. Be your own bright flame – the one that warms, enlightens and, if necessary, burns down entire cities of thought to make way for new ones.

Think of your words as spells, as chants.

Each time you open your mouth, you can choose to speak only blessings.

You can speak with courage – confronting and releasing what no longer serves your highest good.

Remember your voice every day.

And remember to honour it. Use it.

𝒮𝑜𝓊𝓃𝒹 𝑜𝓊𝓉 – 𝓈𝒾𝓃𝑔 𝑜𝓇 𝒸𝒽𝒶𝓃𝓉.

Let your words build worlds – the kind of castles you dream of.

Release your heaviness and grudge by calling it out and shaking it off.

Release it by disarming it – by revealing its illusionary nature.

Root more deeply into your strength, into your truth, into your voice, into your song.

Before wrapping up, I’d like to share an example of the kind of words I refer to –

the kind of powerful words I speak about.

Shame Leave My Lips is a poem, an invocation, and an invitation into the place of healing –

where words create, breathe and thunder and birth new states, mindsets, and bodies …

and reshape paths.
