Wholeness As a Choice

I need to have a special place in nature - a place that waits for me and shares its wisdom. A place that offers me both its love and insight. A place where silence sits with me, and where I can drink in the genuine, divine, healing songs of Mother Earth. A place that reminds me of both my infinity and that my days here on Earth are numbered. Having a place like that keeps me rooted and grounded. It helps me to stay in my natural flow of creation. It constantly reminds me that the most important reasons for my being here are:

to love,
to create, and
to experience.

Having this place not only helps me to remember that, but also invites me to live it - to regularly check in with myself and see whether I am truly aligned with my priorities or if I’ve been carried away by someone else’s song in a way that makes me forget my own.

After decades of creating and asking the same questions over and over again, I’ve come to believe that wholeness isn’t a destination - it’s a choice. Wholeness is our choice to surrender to our true, innate power - the power that has always been there, patiently waiting for us to be ready to own it and embody it. To claim it and accept it. To allow it and to honour it, just as we honour it in others. It is our choice to dare to be seen and heard, and to step out of the frames of heaviness and fear.

Your best art is in your now. Your truest creation is part of your divine essence and truth, waiting to be expressed. Dare to listen to it. Dare to be inspired by it. Dare to be heard and seen - first by yourself, and then by others. Dare to run with it, even - and especially - when you don’t know where it’s going to take you. Because you are divine. And you are here to be shared with the world, just like all the rest of the love that is.

We are constantly called into becoming whole through some tool or method that promises to set things right for us. But what if wholeness is already within us? What if all we need to do is acknowledge it, listen to it, and play along? What if we simply need to sing our own song by expressing ourselves with gentle awareness and wise sincerity, to start telling our story by living it, and to paint ourselves onto life’s canvas by allowing its colours to merge and create our path leading us to our dreams and desires?

Let’s start that journey!
Let’s allow our cup to run over, and to fill the cups to those who doubt their own abundance, brilliance, and beauty.

Let’s be there for them too!

P.S. I’ve been walking my talk. In the past few weeks, I’ve been busy decluttering. One of the loveliest things about the process is that, sooner or later, you’re bound to discover hidden treasures - things you may have even forgotten about. That’s exactly what happened to me.

So today, I’m excited to share with you one of the three workbooks from my Series 22, which I wrote a few years ago during the lockdown. These workbooks are based on my own inner work and journaling prompts. I’ve personally spent hundreds of hours with these prompts - not just journaling and reflecting, but taking action, finding clarity, and uncovering peace. That’s why I’m so excited to share one of these with you today. You are welcome to print it out, share it with your loved ones, and use it as a part of your daily routine, if it calls to you. May it be a doorway to your new spring and a brighter flourishing.

Less Is More

I have always been a big believer in “less is more.”

Spring, for me, is always a time for decluttering - a time to go through all of my recent work, reflect on it, and sit with it. It’s the time to ask myself:

  • What have you learned over the past year through your creative process?
  • Has your art made you happy? Has it uplifted you?
  • Are you creating to dive deeper into your inner genius, or are you seeking approval?
  • What creative paths are calling you that you haven’t dared to explore?
  • What would you like to experience more of as an artist, and how do you think you can get there?
To you and your kin, wherever my words may find you.

These and similar questions help me shed light on my creative work. As I explore these reflections and journal about them, I always end the process with gratitude. My journey has convinced me that gratitude is the foundation to lean on when doubt, frustration, and insecurity arise - and at some point, they always do. And that’s okay.

Spring is also the time when I look at everything I own to see if anything is ready to move on. Sometimes there is, and other times there isn’t. It doesn’t really matter. What matters is honouring the person and artist I’ve become - and making space for the new. The ritual of decluttering also makes me more aware of everything I own. What you own also owns you, so I prefer to keep a clear overview.

Going through the decluttering process—both externally and internally - offers the opportunity to reflect on what truly matters to you and whether your values have shifted. It also gives you a chance to examine how you want to create and what’s calling you. It’s a way to ask yourself what you're truly seeking when you dive into the act of creation.

For instance, if joy is something new you want to explore, how do you approach that? How can you tap more deeply into your inner joy, and what thoughts or patterns might be hindering its natural flow? This too is a path into creation.

Another way is simply to jump in and let the process lead you. That’s what happens to me when I lay out all my flowers on the floor and start creating. I’m still learning to trust that process - and my own divinity. I am a perfect channel, capable of calling a creation, like a mandala, into being and bringing it into the 3D world. The petals speak to me, and the flowers guide me. I don’t really need to do that much. It’s all about trusting your intuition.

All you need to do is listen to the small nudge - the quiet invitation to create. Follow it. Follow it passionately and without question. Let it show you the way and tell you the story you are meant to share with the world. It won’t speak to everyone, but it will move some to their very core. That, to me, is what art is about. Less is more.

Spring is here.

It invites you to refresh, renew, and make space for a new version of yourself to emerge.

The New you needs room. It needs you to release the Old - the emotions and stories that keep you stuck. And the simplest way to do that? A mindful clean-up.

Are you ready to declutter - not just your home, but your mind and heart?
Are you willing to let go of items - and the emotions they hold - that no longer serve you?
Are you ready to stop reflecting over what was and start making space for what you would like to be, feel and experience now?

Decluttering your home is one of the most powerful ways to declutter your inner world.

So, what do you think?
Will you take an honest look inside your drawers?
Will you invite a fresh breeze of new perspective into your closet?
Will you clean and organize each corner of your space with presence and intention - to welcome the person you are becoming?

Every object in your home carries energy - the energy of memories.
Are you willing to create space? To make room for who you want to be? Are you willing to set free your past victories and dust yourself up for going after your present dreams?

There is more waiting for you. More of what you truly desire.
Dare to dream - not with longing, but with love. Love your dreams unconditionally, like someone who can feel love without needing to own it.

Be rich in the manifestation of your dreams within you.
Let them inspire you. By becoming inspired, you will become inspiring.

You are here. This is your spring.
Your time is now.

Your Dream Is You

𝒯𝒽𝑒𝓇𝑒 π’Ύπ“ˆ 𝒢 𝓅𝓁𝒢𝒸𝑒 π’»π‘œπ“‡ π‘’π“‹π‘’π“‡π“Ž 𝒹𝓇𝑒𝒢𝓂.

Some take longer to manifest than others, but all require that you set them free first to attain them. To set something free means to trust that what is truly yours will return when the time is right. It also means allowing everything that doesn’t belong to you to leave, making space for what is truly meant for you.

The process of letting go will make you confront your fears and insecurities as you will see them surface one by one. It may awaken painful stories from your past – ones you had hoped to be done with, ones you would rather not face again. When this happens, dare to celebrate. You have called out what has been stopping you, and now it has come to meet you. What has surfaced is not some terrifying ogre but echoes of past versions of yourself, reminders of moments that have wounded your soul. Moments that fragmented you, made you question, and placed someone else’s pain within you – pain you accepted as your own simply because you didn’t know better, because you were unsure, confused, or afraid.

Whatever arises in these heavy moments is asking for your attention. These past experiences have resurfaced so that you can meet them, listen to them, console them, hold them, reconcile with them – love them. When you do, you naturally move closer to your dreams. Because it is your self-imposed DON’Ts and CAN’Ts standing in your way, holding you back without your awareness. All they need is your unconditional love, your kindness – no matter what.

The question that determines how long it will take for you to manifest your dreams is this:

π’œπ“‡π‘’ π“Žπ‘œπ“Š π“Œπ’Ύπ“π“π’Ύπ“ƒπ‘” π“‰π‘œ π“ˆπ“Šπ“‡π“‡π‘’π“ƒπ’Ήπ‘’π“‡?

Are you willing to let go of the story you have told yourself for a long-long time about the situation that still nags at you? About what really happened and who you think was to blame.

𝒲𝒽𝒢𝓉 𝒾𝒻 𝒾𝓉 π’Ήπ‘œπ‘’π“ˆπ“ƒπ“‰ 𝓂𝒢𝓉𝓉𝑒𝓇?

What if the real question is: why is it so important for you to hold on to your version of the story?  (The very story that keeps you imprisoned, hurt, and troubled.) What would happen if you let it go right now? Close your eyes, bring your focus to the centre of your heart, breathe deeply, open the cage your heart is to this story, and set it free. Then, breathe deeply again and begin anew, composing a story that feels lighter.

What if this new story is one created by you, based on what rings true in your heart and soul, not on what others have said about the situation or about your personality, power or capabilities?

If the story you tell yourself is not making things easier or bringing solutions, no matter how right you believe it to be, it’s time to rewrite it. Because it isn’t truly yours. It is someone else’s story that you have unknowingly adopted.

𝒯𝒽𝑒𝓇𝑒 π’Ύπ“ˆ 𝒢 𝓅𝓁𝒢𝒸𝑒 π’»π‘œπ“‡ π‘’π“‹π‘’π“‡π“Ž 𝒹𝓇𝑒𝒢𝓂.

Your dream is you. It is part of you because you are meant to bring it into this world – not by hustling, forcing, or pushing, but by being yourself. By following your senses, your inner knowing, your song. By listening to your heart, and dreaming it into existence.

𝒯𝒽𝑒𝓇𝑒 π’Ύπ“ˆ 𝒢 𝓅𝓁𝒢𝒸𝑒 π’»π‘œπ“‡ π‘’π“‹π‘’π“‡π“Ž 𝒹𝓇𝑒𝒢𝓂.

Your dream is a reminder of your contract with All That Is – a testament that what you seek is seeking you, and what you dream is dreaming you. Your dream is you, so let it be. Never give up on it, because your dream is you and why you are here.

Wishing you a new week full of fun and wonders.
