The Abundance of Gratitude



What if you knew that everything you wish to be and own is already existing and waiting for you and it is just up to you to make space for it and let it in? The best way to let go of the limiting beliefs that hinder you from making magic happen is to live like you have it. When your vibe speaks the language of abundance, you don't long for whatever you dream of, but you live in the blissful place in your head where you already have achieved it and trust that the rest will take care of it. You detach and allow the things that mean abundance for you find you. And they will, because they'll feel they're welcome.

After we have lived more than 2 years in the midst of the waves of a virus, there has been more stress, fear and frustration in all of our lives. There are very few among us, if any, whose lives aren't being transformed by it. There are many old path ending and new ones still hiding itself and building themselves step by step. In these challenging times, it is smart to remember journaling. It is the best time to count your blessings and the better you are at it, the faster you'll invite magic into your life.  

It was about 4-5 years ago that I started gratitude journaling. My goal was to take time to notice and experience what I couldn't grasp right away. I knew that the Universe had more in store for me than what I was aware of and willing to see and that got me to write down 3-4 things that I am grateful for each day. In time my gratitude lists got longer and magic started to happen. There were more synchronicities taking place. Some might have said that was little things, but for me it was all precious. The inspiring conversations I had, the delicious food I ate, empowering music I listened, the healing walks I took in the nature and so many other small particles of my life became all of a sudden so much more precious and vibrant than they had been before. I felt how the harmony my gratitude journaling had created between my earthly self and my soul self had made my connection with the life around me so much more profound and intimate. I became more present in my life as it happened around me and for me. As a matter of fact, the act of counting my blessings by writing them down each day made my life so much more colourful and full of inspiration. 

Today, it still does! I am still writing down the things I am thankful for daily. It helps me to see the beauty I am surrounded by and to remember that I am always taken care of and provided with everything I need.

Note to self:


Whenever I feel someone being in my way not letting me accomplish my goals, it is me. I am powerful beyond measures and fully able to create whatever kinds of physical, emotional or mental blocks and hindrances if for some reason some part of me is not ready to go on.
Me is the only person who can ruin my party. When it happens, I hope I have enough courage and sincerity to admit it, so that I can stop and find out what is going on. So that I then can ask myself all the hows and whys and find all the solutions needed to move forward.


I won’t be mean to myself or blame myself, but I will do the work needed with love and care towards myself. I do it so, because I am fully aware that I can only talk kindness when I walk kindness.


And I will be patient with myself, because my main goal is to not be right all the time, but to be happy.


For that I need to grow continuously. Step by step, moment by moment, thought by thought.

Changing the Direction Takes Time

The decision of choosing a new way is a bold one. When it is taken, you know that nothing will stay the same. There won’t be two stones in your pavement that will remain on top of each other in the way they were before. You will be built up anew.


When going into the process of change, at first it seems bad and then it seems really bad. (And in every once in a while, it might seem even a bit worse than that). You feel every single weakness and fear that exists within you. You feel little, helpless, confused and stuck. Fortunately, it is all in your head. Your mind has lost control over the changes taking place within you. All you truly need at this point is time to rest and reflect. You also need to be patient with yourself (,so please be patient and embrace the journey!)

In the process of change, you change the direction. It is only later on you realize that what you had seen as “bad” and “really bad” was actually the power of you stopping the old flow - your old way of being and (p)receiving - and turning it towards a new direction. It is a powerful, beautiful and magical move. Just as powerful, beautiful and magical as you are.

And it is only beginning...the beginning of a new awareness, a new journey. The best is yet to come, of course, because life is about continuously creating new personal bests. But in this moment, in the middle of the change, just hold on! Hold on, breathe deeply and keep in mind that change takes time, trust and willingness to surrender.

Your present mind has little to offer to the future you, so your intuition will be the one pulling you through here. It will give your mind all the tools & maps needed for it to understand the New you have chosen. Hence, have patience. Have patience because change is like a stretch - it feels hopeless in the beginning, uncomfortable in the middle and empowering when it is done.

Now Is the Time!






Now is the time to sit with your own stuff - both, with your weaknesses and strengths, but also with your burning passion and aspirations.

What is it that you want to do or be, yet haven’t allowed yourself to step into it or haven’t taken time for it? No excuses anymore! And why procrastinate if you can start now!? Today!


Dream so big that there will be enough space for your entire self to unfold, breathe and sprout. Instead of fearing and cursing the circumstances we are globally in, see the love, kindness and empowerment it brings forth as we’re taking the time to be present in our own lives in a completely new way.

Therefore, Dream Big - set goals, make plans, create strategies for achieving them, declutter, read, learn languages, write letters, visualize, sing, love and flourish.

Use and cherish each day, be present and flower! Choose your thoughts and feelings wisely. Be aware of what you are broadcasting in you.


And no matter whether you’re a Waratah, a Flannel Flower, a Chickweed or a Violet...be who you are, be present, find your way. FLOWER! (No excuses!)

5 Things You Can Do Within A Week To Change Your Life Gently



How to make a change in your life and energy without starting from a huge step like moving to the other side of the world? Is there any easier ways to shake up the flow that has lost its momentum? Something that would make feel truly inspired and spunky again?


Here are some suggestions that have helped me:

1. Start waking up earlier
Add one hour to your day by waking up earlier. (It makes it much easier to go to bed earlier, as in that way you won't lose your precious sleep.) Waking up before the rest of the world gives you one golden hour that is entirely yours. Use it for self-care - do yoga, exercise, journal, listen to an inspiring podcast/audiobook, enjoy the silence, take a walk, draw, paint, write a poem, meditate etc. By starting your day with me-time, you start with a positive vibe. This good will back you up the rest of the day and help you to make most of it.



2. Declutter your wardrobe
Choose the clothes that make you smile and lose the rest. Another point, when it comes to clothes: make sure you don't drag the past along with you! Allow the clothes that don't match with your vibe any longer move on to those who would be thrilled to wear them. Updating your closet every once in a while makes sure that you don't keep things that don't really make you happy, but only keep you stuck living in your yesterday.



3. Write down your life goals
Just do it! Do it with joy and allow yourself to bathe in the good feeling of having already achieved your dreams. Dream it! Feel it! Visualize it! Make your goals yours by living them within again and again. Enjoy them already in your head. It will make them to manifest faster. It is also a great way to train your brain with the success, so that it won't secretly sabotage you, because it is too afraid of achieving all these nice thing all of a sudden. 



4. Meditate
Meditation means "to become familiar with". As you start meditating, you will become familiar with the world within you - the feelings and emotions within you, your dreams and goals, your fears and insecurities, your strengths and talents and so much more. Meditation will be like a blank canvas that helps you to connect with everything you are and you dream of. Even though meditation is a great tool for manifesting your dreams and goals, it is first and foremost a tool for you to get to know you. All you need to do is to bring your focus to the centre of you and then be there and simply observe. As emotions and pictures arise from your subconscious, just let them appear. You don't have to do anything about it. Simply be there, observe and get to know your inner world. It is going to be an exciting journey that will remove from you the layers that are covering your true colours. These very layers hold back your true creativity, beauty and power. Bon voyage!



5. Forgive
The best way to create new opportunities and joy is to forgive yourself and those who have triggered you emotionally. Holding a grudge makes you heavy and keeps you stuck in the past. There are different way to practice forgiveness - Ho'oponopono, The Ice Exercise from my book The Rainbow Book, writing a letter and burning it, to name a few... Find the way that works for you and let go. The only way to moves on is to let go of the old hurt and grudges that make you heavy and become a lighter and more peaceful version of you.

Holding a grudge is possible,

loving yourself enough to choose peace is possible.

Trusting your gut is possible.

Blaming yourself forever for old stuff is possible.

Playing safe is possible,stepping out of your comfort zone is possible.


Love is possible.

Fear is possible.

Losing is possible.

Learning is possible.


Every second is an opportunity to choose again.

If you are not happy with your now correct it!

Choose anew and allow something new be possible for you.
